I hear Painless Performance can work magic with just about any harness and conversion.

From your Avatar if one of those vehicles is the truck that you are driving and your truck is a 3vze, 5 spd or auto, the cheapest way is to find a wrecked 96+ Tacoma or 4Runner with a 5vzfe. Buy the whole truck do your conversion and then sell what's left. If you have a 22re then the motor mounts are in a different location and there is welding and fabrication involved.
That's the cheapest way. I know lots of guys get scared off when it comes to wiring, but if you can think logically then wiring isn't that big of a deal. Most important thing is that you need the Factory Service Manuals (FSM) and the Wiring Diagram Manual for your vehicle and the donor vehicle.

Some company called toyota only swaps I think has the only kits available.

The swap really isn't all that hard if you can do wiring. My bud Jon matched up the wiring diagrams, pulled pins and swapped wires and the motor ran first fire up. Two codes which were easy fixes and the motor runs great.

There is a WHOLE 3.4 section for 3.4 swaps and all the information is there. Please go do your homework.
