88 4runner brake problem

88 4runner brake problem

Hi

I have an 88 4runner and i just replaced the brake lines and the master cylinder and now i still have no brakes, i have bleed them several times and still no brakes
any ideas on what i am doing wrong

Did you bench bleed the MC? Did you bleed the LSPV? Any visible leaks? The rear cylinders might be leaking and you cant see them.

If the booster is leaking he would have brakes.
It would just be hard to push the pedal.

I've have put a new MC, New Booster, New Lines New Break Pads, New rear caliper, and still nothing, seems like there is little presure when i boost it up
i have brake presure intill i hit the gas and then its back to the floor

My advise would be take the master cylinder off and there will be a push rod from the booster there will be a bolt on it you can adjust back and forth Grab the back of it with vise grips (you will have to the whole thing will turn you will see what iam sayin) and turn it like your taking it off about a 1/4 inch and Id say that will fix your problem PLUS ITS FREE TO TRY IT lol

try bleeding the master cylinder first and than the rest of the brakes and this should give you brakes
