I was driving in Houston traffic on a cold rainy day..
of course my all terrains were lacking in creating friction between the road && the rain so I skided into a jeep







So now this means its time 4 new parts and maybe tires,
curious to see if anyone has these parts 4 sale: (the list may grow as i start replacing parts)

1. 99 v4 radiator
2. Right Front Head lighg
3. 99 Front Bumper & grill
4. 99 Hood (preferably sport w/ hood scoop) either one
5. Replacement air horns!

 

My wife smacked a parked car with my '99 in the ice about a month ago. Same list of parts that you have, sans radiator, $2500 insurance repair bill. BTW she's from McAllen. We get down there about once a year to visit her folks.
I just ordered a radiator from go-part.com for $135. Don't get a used one.

no way that sucks, i love the 99's.. that just what happened to me but the driver was pulling a u turn and her ass was sticking out lol..

p.s. what about your transmission cooler?? maybe my radiator is good idk just yet. ill know by tonight

yeaa a v4, idk the liter size but yeaa a v4.. v6,v8 etc.

No wayyy! Your a life saver , thing is i dont have her running just yet to pick it up so idk if u mind giving me a few days.
Am drop the radiator today an try to get her running by the weekend.

 

Radiator went the way of the dreaded milkshake. Still trying to get my garage cleaned up, what a mess. Got her running, transmission cooler bypassed, still waiting on the rad from go-part. But the front end looks great, new bumper, paint, lights.

 

Typically automobile four cylinder engines are inline and not in a V configuration. Marine outboard engines are a different story...
