wont turn over
yesterday I went to crank my truck, and it wouldn't start, so I tried to have it jumped off thinking it was the battery no luck, so thinking it was the alternator had it taken off, I took the battery and the alternator had them both tested, both testes good, so now we have replaced the starter, still no luck, the only sound coming from it is clicking, we think it's an ailment problem with the started is there anyway to test that or anyway to fix it?

By not starting you mean starter is not turning (cranking), or starter is cranking but you do not hear/feel/smell the VROOM? Please don't throw parts, money and time on a problem unless you have verified what is defective. You may get lucky after a few tirs but still not understand what really and exactly fixed the problem.
See cranking system explained on my sig.
Exactly what is clicking? Starter relay? Starter solenoid? Circuit-Opening relay?
Try this Special Service Tool.
If it makes solenoid click more energetically and consistently cranks the starter, see wiring flaw (click-only) fix on my sig.
If starter solenoid clicks energetically but no crank, it could be bad solenoid contacts.
Best of luck.
