Winch & Brush Guard

There's been this winch ling around work for a couple of years now, so I talk the boss into giving it to me and someone threw out a brush guard. I don't know what vehicle it goes to, and the winch is a Dayton 6000lb single line 12000lb double line. I don't know about the qualityof Dayton, there tools are pretty good. I got out the welder and made a mounting bracket. I still need to wire it up , I'll do that this wekend.

dam where do you work that looks brand new. and for free thats frickin amazing. I scored a 750 dollar (brand new) arb winch bumper from the body shop i work at. It was involved in a accident and wasnt even dented except where the blinker goes. no way I was gonna let that go to the scrap yard.

No. The brush Guard isn't a structural part of the Winch Plate, its just bolted to the the bracket thru the tow hooks. The Bracket is made of 1/4" angle iron, welded into a box.
