flywheel shaking????

if anyone has had this problem before please let me know... i changed my clutch in my 95 4runner 3.0 new plate, disc ,pilot and throwout. had the flywheel cut... put everything back shifts fine but when it's not in gear feels like the flywheel is shaking.. you can feel a weird shaking in the truck and as you raise the rpm you can feel it untill it gets to about 3000 rpm... wondering if my flywheel should have been replaced instead of cutting it... anyone have this problem before? and all bolts to spec.

Perhaps they didn't get it exactly right? I've had rotors turned before and ended up with a pulsing because they didn't have it exactly centered when they cut them...

Are the flywheel bolts torqued down to spec? (aka, really really tight?)

I have had a similar problem before. I damaged my pilot bearing putting the trans in. If you used the trans bolts to pull the trans to the engine you may have done the same thing.
