well i searched and found nothing, i was proally using the wrong words but o well. well i was looking at my truck today and i noticed that the rear axel is shifted to the right about an inch or so to where the right rear tire sticks out farther than the left one. I was wondering is there an easy way to fix this or should i just live with it. and my rear leaf springs are almost completely flat, would this have anything to do with it?

 

if they were slightly folding to one side, then yes. get new spring packs, or AAL's and it may correct the problem.

 

Do you find it a challenge to drive a straight path? lol! I think I'd have that fixed. There's only one way to fix it, too. Loosen the u/bolts and shift it back over.

Eventually, I think it would wear on your drivetrain.

Flat springs wouldn't have anything to do with it, though. Unless, you've broken one or they've somehow worn drastically where they mount. (Edit: or, right, they've folded...shifted)

I have busted a centereing pin in my leaf spring pack before. This may have caused your axle to slide on your leaf spring pack, making the tire appear to stick out on one side. The other tire would appear to be inside the wheel well. This will cause your vehicle to run down the road sideways. You should get that fixed.

 

Yep, likely a broken center pin or two and/or loose u-bolts. Something to check out ASP and correct as needed.

Yes, loosen up the u-bolts, inspect and replace the center bolts if needed (slide the axle forward ~6" to allow for removal of the old center bolt). My might be able to find a replacement at a good hardware or auto parts store, or they are available on the web page below:
