I must agree my friend, the worst part is the yard i bought them out of said that the whole truck inside and out was painted this color scheme, and what wasn't painted was covered in that fugly cloth.

The only place online that I could find the brakets was here:
http://www.central4wd.com/inventoryd...;folder%7C5595

There not cheap, but the seats are the best investment I've made for that truck. Once your in those Corbeau's your not going anywhere, great comfort. They do position the seat kinda far forward, I'm 6'2" and 240lbs, and I love the new driving position.

BTW, the shifter boot now has a half gallon Crown Royal shifter boot.

2003 Hyundai Elantra...

... in my '89 ! Just had to modify the back seat bracket on one side. Did start a thread on them here a while back when I did it. Titled seat swap time. Pics are there.

Got these for my birthday from my wife. The corbeau brackets required some modification for someone my height. Obviously whoever designed them just bolted them to the floor of a first gen and never actually sat in the seat. Or they were really small. Name: dbac5298.jpg

Not really swapped but cut and converted to bucket seats. Does that count?

seats were from an '89 Celica All Trac Turbo - I paid $30 for the pair from a Pick-N-Pull in Pennsylvania
They sit a little bit lower in the cab, but at 5' 11" I can still see out the front just as well and have plenty of headroom.

I had those same seats in my '88 PU, just different colors - black and grey IIRC

Does anyone else have powered cloth seats installed? I have an 86 pickup reg cab 2wd and want powered seats because I would like to be able to adjust the height of the seat a bit higher.
