3rd gen 4runner/Tacoma seats have completely different mounts than older trucks/4runners.
I put a set of 01 4runner buckets in my 92 excab. I had to cut the mounts off the 4runner seats and custom make some mounts out of my 60/40 brackets.
It was a pain...

Ya'll will have to wait till I get back home, but I installed leather seat from an 89 conquest tsi. Black leather, and full adjustable, even to the width on the back from side to side. 4 more days.

You can get them to fit with just prying them around but I don't recommend it. Building a custom bracket is the best way to go.
The holes are very close, however.
For reference here's how they're powered:
Seat bottom: front of seat bottom goes up/down, rear of seat bottom goes up/down.
Slider: power slides forward/backward
Seat back: power lumbar, and power side bolsters that really hold you in the seat.
Non-powered: entire seat back can be moved forward/backward (angle) with the adjustment knob, the headrest has four different positions forward/back, and up/down.
And if you get a newer (90+?) set, then the back angle is powered as well.
