Should I rebuild my W56?
A few months ago I made an introduction post on here about my 94 Toyota pickup project, progress has been slow due to work and school but I’ve made some progress. I have my transmission and transfer case dropped and I’m going to replace all the gaskets. The transmission has 150000 miles on it and is in good condition. While it’s opened up should I replace my bearings and maybe my syncros or should I leave the inner assembly together and just change my gaskets. It would be nice to not have to do anything but change gaskets but if y’all think it’s worth it then I might rebuild it. Thanks!

Well, it's a tough call. 15,000 miles isn't a lot. But it also depends on the bearings installed at the last rebuild. I'm a firm believer in Koyo and Naichi quality.
And the fact that the seals and gaskets only lasted 15,000 miles makes inspecting the bearings a good idea.

I called them and they said they didn’t sell their bearings, do y’all know any reputable company’s that sell a bering kit for my trans and transfer case? I want something that’s going to last because I don’t want to have to open my trans again for a long long time.

If you post up your model number and production date I can look. 150,000? I’d absolutely do bearings while you have out.
you'll find both on the vin plate in the driver's door jam. the model number is typically at the bottom of the plate. something like RN101L-TRMDEA ( this is just a random example)
I only like using the best quality I can, and I'm cheap. So this often means I wait a bit for stuff to arrive.
Edit: got to thinking. Odds of a 30 year old/150,000 W56 having original bearings is rather low. Question is, when were they replaced, and with what brand? So if it were mine I'd probably replace just to not worry.
