Sas

hey guys i was wondering how long it would take to straight axles my truck if i had all the parts ready to go in?

Just the SAS to the front, 10-20 hours, depending on incidentals and accidentals.

And that is actual hands on work time not 20 hours standing around drinking beer or taking 2 hours to run to the parts store for something.

It depends a lot on your tools and your experience. When I did mine it took along time but I was working with a angle grinder and a welder. If it is your first SAS and you are doing it by your self I would recommend having a second vehicle to drive to work with until you are done.

yeah that dont sound to bad. for tools i got a plasma cutter, miller 180 wire welder, a couple sanders, angle grinders and reguler hand tools.

i would recomend gettin all your parts so when u r ready to put ur sas on there wont be as much running around
