Skyjacker springs for sas

I've searched around and haven't found any info on the subject and haven't found much so I figured I'd ask you guys. I'm doing a sas on my 89 pickup and want to use 7" skyjacker springs for an 85. Has anyone used these? The guy at SKY said it won't work with his hanger kit because the springs are shorter than sas springs but I figured I would see if you any of you guys have had success running this setup

not a whole lot of people go that high, 7" will have quite a bit of arch.
the sky jacker springs are designed to go on a stock 79-85 truck.

I'm not exactly too worried about the arch. The truck is mostly in the mud. I was more worried about the length of the springs. I know most solid axle swap springs are about 47" long while most of sfa lift springs are about 44 " long. I'm worried about them being too short to work with my hanger and shackles. I'm wondering if someone has used sfa front lift sprigs on a sas truck without problems

yes it will work fine but you will need to use stock 85 shackles. NOT the sas kit shackles

Thanks for finally getting some input! I'm running boomerang shackles so hopefully those will work. Not standard sas shackles. I'm mount my front hanger flush with my crossmember as well so hopefully everything should settle correctly and the axle will be positioned in the right spot
