The best way is to do a search for saggy rear end. This topic has been literally beat to death. Tons of options out there... longer shackle, rearch, new springs, block, ect ect. Do your homework and then decide what to do.

Just like my wife..... I need to install some coils in her.

To the OP, the best mod is ZUK coils.

Best bet...new springs (OME, Downey)

AAL's didn't work for me, ended up doing a custom ZUK style mod to mine, found a random set of coils in the boneyard, tried um, and they work great for what's there

goin with 63's soon

I put OME spring packs and shocks in my '88 Runner, also put them in a friends Taco, they are sick. That's what I would do again if I had to replace leafs.

ZUK offers an add-a-coil setup that works with the rear leafs and restores the rear to stock height and does not impact performance.
