Thanks Badger I love that dog so much. She is about 8 years old now. i still remember when she used to look after my little brother when i was younger and would leav him unattended. lol great guard dog. but also the sweatest thing.
Micky, these dogs are the reason i chose to get a 4runner over a truck. because i want them inside the truck with me, not sliding all around on the bed of a pickup. I always liked pickups and 4runners. but they are what made me make up my mind to get a 4runner.

Yeah that's how it came. I was told that the interior was factory also. The guy I bought it from said it was the turbo sport interior. I have yet to find another good photo of one. I did find a photo that shows the door of another truck with the same swoop thingy in the door panel but it was hard to tell the rest. I have since gutted this truck to bare frame and cab. It's got alot of work and about 40k left before its ready. lol. Needless to say its a long term project.

I finally got my rims and tires on my truck after driving around on my old baloney skins for waaaay too long. Took a quick trip up to the Stave Lake mudflats and up Florence Lake road to give 'em a go.

There are apps for pretty much all smart phones that will stitch multiple images together to make one panoramic image.

Couldn't agree more, that's why I got a first gen. I was thinking about getting a pickup, but being able to take the top off the Runner is just too cool. And with the short summers we have here in the northwest we have to take advantage of it every day we can to go topless. Sadly it's about time to get ready for another ten months of rain.

Thanks, Tips. Yes the photos were taken on an iPhone 5. The biggest difference between this panoramic program and others I've used (AutoStitch on my PC and PhotoSynth on my older iPhone) is that the iPhone 5 shoots the frame in a continuous videolike mode and the end result doesn't have the distortion and seams that are common between frames in other programs. Also, changes in lighting don't appear to be so obvious as when individual frames have been automatically shot at differering speeds.

The limitation of the iPhone 5 panorama feature that I dislike so far is there is a limit to how many degrees you can can spread the frame which isn't an issue with other stitching programs. But the ease of use and end "seamless" result are definite pluses.

Hahaha.... Hey Bfake, ... that cracked me up! Actually, I'm HONESTLY in NO competition with anyone on here.... Just stealing and lending ideas, ya know? I'D BE ALWAYS out of money if I was! hahaha.... I LOVe the white ones... Toyo's, Cougars, all of them... REALLY miss mine! I've posted enough pics of it, no need to post em again, haha... BUT, I shouldn't miss it, cuz I have another nice one, ... and to be honest, the Red has REALLY grown on me. It was NEVER a favorite color to 'own', due to stories my pop's always told me about being a target for the cops, etc., etc., etc....... But when I found this one for 1700$ with 100K in 2002? After living through that GNARLY wreck I've posted, in the white one?(blanca was her name hehehe).... I was STOKED to have another one with no rust and hardly any dings, etc... and a PERFECT interior, so forth. I also was immediately sold on the 'POWER EVERYTHING!' hehehe... didn't appeal to me at first, but then thought, "Wait, ..this is kinda cool.. Why SHOULDN'T I have a button right by me for everything???? " hehehe.

Conquistador is another one I think... And Jesse? (PU, but still, it's a SICK 85! lol)....

White, Red and Blueberry Blue Toyota colors are some of my favorite.. But I gotta say.. i'm still really partial to Silver and that ODD Light Silver Blue-Lavenderish one...

LOL, I'm not saying you get your parts in the one-upsmanship isle at the auto parts store, you just found a gem of a truck and you clearly take GREAT care of it. I'm happy with scrubbing the mud of mine once in a while, but it was in "it's been used as a wheeler" condition when I got it.

Yeah, I REALLY like the silvery blue ones. I almost got one before I ended up getting the one I have now, but it was in terrible shape. The body was ok, but the drivetrain had issues, the interior was trashed, and the worst was it had electrical problems. I couldn't be much happier with the one I got, needed a timing chain and new front seats, all it needs now is a solid front axle. I did take that sway bar off and it helps a lot flex wise. Got to take it out in the dirt over the weekend to stretch her out.

Guess I may as well post the pics while I'm here.

Pretty sure the front can flex more than that, I was just exploring some FS roads I hadn't been on and decided to point it up a hill, I wasn't even in 4WD. I'll try harder next time .

As for that missing end cap on the front bumper, I lost it like 3 months ago so I went by the spot I thought it might have come off at on Saturday, just on the off chance it was still there, and there it was just sitting there on the trail.
Now I'm in slightly less of a hurry to get that Addicted Offroad bumper. Very slightly, those things look AWESOME!

I hear ya Bfake! And again, thanks a lot! Means lots knowing it's looking good to others as well.

I've been really blessed on the 'clean' factor... But part of that is being in SoCal/Finding tweekers that took really good care of them but need money NOWWWWWW, etc., hahaha. Everyone of my Toyota's, including my Cressida, all the trucks... They've all been AT LEAST this clean... I'm very grateful.... But I'm also VERY patient when it comes to a big purchase like that, ya know? So I had some to do with it, but none really with how clean they were when I got em! hehe..

NICE RIG, Bfake!

Badger..... true! OR, .... they RIP off right as you're leaning out the window and entering a deep trench, lol. OOOPS! haha.
