i think tonkayota has 3.4 motor. it says he has headers with no cats so it might sound pretty good??? he should post some vids

 

I have "flowmasa" on both my 3vze runner and my 22re runner both sound great. I was concerned that the 22re would sound like a honda civic with 17 spoilers and blue light windshield squirters but it actually sounds good.

yes the twin turbo inline six out of a supra is called the 3JZE!!!! not 3vze lol .. i know what im talkin bout lol and that engine is only in the 94s to 96s and only a certain modle the rest had a 300hp inline six i believe called the 3jz not sure bout that but i can look it up. but whats the 3ZV or whatever that engine is out of???????

 

i know what my dad has now its a pace header, a high flow cat and a flowmaster exhaust and it sounds good ill get a video later today.

 

STOCK or anything quiet. We all know the 22r isn't a racing motor and we all know it doesn't sound near as good as the rumble of a big block v8!!!!
Besides listening to a fart pipe on the trail for hours on end just gets annoying. Plus I like to turn the radio off and listen to the mechanics of my truck, and it's nice when it's not over dubbed by the annoying exhaust note.
And last but not least, why pay for something you don't need? Start saving up for longs, lockers, tires, etc. The stuff that counts!!!

 

please stop while you're ahead... obviously you odnt know what you're tlaking about. its a 2jz, not a 3jz and its a 3vz-e, not a 3zv. and if you knew what you were talking about its out of an 88-95 toyota.

 

im running an 18 inch magnaflow with no cat and with dual pipes ran to the sides and it sounds nice not too loud but loud enough to get some attention

 

I'm running a(22RE)40 series Flowmaster, 2.5" piping, no cat and I love the way it sounds!!!

 

werd. There's a reason I went with the OEM exhaust. Nice and quiet Never cared for loud exhaust... that drone gets old fast on a long drive.

Actually you really didn't get any of it right... When you own a 4x4 then you're allowed to talk, untill then zip your lid (no your dads doesn't count)...

We were bored at work today so my buddy had a flowtech raptor muffer.. got some 2 1/4 pipe and melted metal.... she sounds different, more throaty... kinda nice. ill have a vid up soon.

 

Yes I am running a 3.4. Uhm I"ll take some vids of the whole shabang , as far as my whole truck and the exhaust , inside etc.
If I find time tmrw I will but not sure if my camera has sound...... If not I'll use my phone
