I have a friend that works on base and they are allowed to go into the shop the company has and use any tools they need. We just have to clean up after ourselves and be sure to replace anything we use or break. They have the shop that I want when I retire.

Basically, it fits right up in there with hardly a worry. We had one problem with the body mounts at the rear. Just notched them as much as needed. Placed the bumper where it needed to go. Blew out some holes with a plasma cutter for the bolts. Bolted it up. Threw on some welds for extra safety, security.

Pictures would be great if you get a chance.
Thank you.

Hope this helps.
I had forgotten how much we hacked up the body supports.
It's pretty rusty in there, too. I will remove the bumper when I paint the Runner. The MC Rear Bumper will get redone as well with some black Hammerite or black roll on bed liner.
Like I said, we cut holes for the bolts, bolted, welded. Plan was to add steel to the body support. We will do that when the bumper comes off and on again.

Wow you really did hack up the mounts. I'm thinking I can do something like that but I'm planning on adding some gussets that I can weld to the body mount and the bumper.
Thanks for the pics. That makes it easier to see what I need to do.
