try an add-a-leaf. It will raise the rear end an inch or two though

the add-a-leaf option is a good one and as mentioned can gain you 1-2 inches of lift.
now, you say 'bouncy'... stiff springs bounce. maybe try to describe what you want?
there is a big difference between bounce and float

Could be your springs have sagged to the point that they are riding on the heavy overload leaf on the bottom of the spring pack. If so, an add-a-leaf is a good option. It'll lift the rest of the springs off the overload and make the ride better. Also check for frozen/rusted spring shackles and you might also try cleaning/lubricating the spring leaves so they can slide past each other easier.

well that add-a-leaf is there anyway to just to eliminate the middle spring then get a stiffer lear? what i mean by bouncin is when i go over bumps since the truck is lowered 3 inches it likes to bounce so im trying to get better handling out of it, later on im swappin a 7mgte in it

considering you're lowered, you need to be thinking more along the lines of firmer shocks, not springs.

Yes, the Rancho AAL kit has 2 pair of leaves that you can mix-n-match with your existing leaves to get the ride and heght you want. With the truck lowered, you may be bottoming out on the bump stops and that is what you are feeling. Giving the springs a little more room to move and/or stiffening them up or firmer shocks can help stop them from bottoming out.

That is what I mean by "riding on the overload leaf". Your other leaves have sagged to the point they sit atop the heavy, stiff overload leaf and thus that becomes your spring. So putting in an add-a-leaf or two to lift the spring leaves off the overload will let the spring move and give you a better ride. Sort of counter intuitive, as your main spring are too soft now, letting them sag onto the stiff overload. By making the rest of the spring a little stiffer (with the AAL) you'll end up with a softer ride.
