Im starting on the rear bumper. Still debating just using a reciever shackle or points off the frame. Im already pretty far out for future swingout and the benefits starting to not outway the departure angle for the tube bumper.

Its all from 1 1/4 pipe bent with hf pipe bender. I used some scrap ex tube to keep the rollers from dinging the pipe. I can get full 90s with it. Sliders have 4 legs each with 3x4 1/4 in scab plates. Rear bumpets has the center of the stock hitch and uses the 3/8s drop plates for it as well. If you want a diffrent shot or measurments let me know. Alot of this was scraps i picked up. Steal away. I did

Sliders are 63" probly could be 61" for more trim room. I put 4 1/4 between the tubes. Angled them up 1 1/5 in. I tucked mine really tight so had to knotch the pinch seem. On the bumper its pretty much built of the truck. Its a tight fit sliding it on. Still trying to figure out a brace for the wings. Wing are 1 1/2" at the corner. If you use a new receiver you can get things to work without the notches. Used a chop saw for all knotches grinder for cleanup. Still need to face off the main supports.

Well spent a little time checking the afm. Found out im maxing the thing out. Door stops at .40v, full throttle over 4000 is right there. Treid to wire a resister to drop it to .20 but apparently i suck even with a 10k pot.....im waiting on a gauge to install for fuel pressure to play with that. I just need to bring the afr down from 13.5 so hopefully a little fp and tuning the afm for cruise will do it.

As a side note. If you read this MudHippy, you were right. The system isnt adaptable enough. Still cant believe it maxed the meter with just cams and a catback.....

As you can see i ditched the plate idea.now for my fubar. I copied the angle on the wings for the support tube. On the right side i must have messed up becouse its gonna rub, were the left side has enough room to flex.

I started to roll the flange back but its not gonna work to well. Any suggestions? If i had a ground anchor i would try to winch the wing down.. ..innexperience bites me again.

After welding up the driverside i came up with solution without cutting. I set my floorjack under the frame and ran some rachet straps through the crossbar of said jack. Then i just jacked away. Took all my jack had but imanaged to tweak the tube down enough i wont hear any body noise.

They reground my cams. If I was to do it again I would go through Colt Cams. They were the ones who offered to help with shims if I didnt find a local shop. Crower left me holding the cats tail. Colt is the company that reground weazy's cams. Also do an evaluation, the 3.0 pretty much just enough to get around even after messing with it. I like to tinker.

Crower cam card, grind special F, notes B 1845 in and ex F1

Thanks for the compliment, its coming along. Just need to get the suspension working a little better and lockers. Im a little tired of the bypasses and missing some club runs from tire size and no locker.

I feel ya. Next time we do a run up to big bear area i will let you know. I am in orange county and have a group of guys i go with. They dont care what you have and you can do as much as you want but be ready to take some crap if you fail or do damage. I will contact Colt. I have Heard good things. I am having my heads ported and polished as well to go along with the cam. Also doing a full rebuild kit from LCE so hoping all that will turn into a sold running 3.0. Also got my hands on some MASS airflow stuff so going to convert it and tune it!!!
