Question Fuel injector R&R 3vze

I got the fuel injectors out. Off the witch hunters they go in the morning. Now how do you get the lower seals out?

Mine are hard and stuck. Maybe a lag screw to pull them?

I'd grab 'em with a pair of vise-grips and try twisting and pulling on them at the same time. See if you can't wiggle them out that way. Or maybe try and pry them out with a big ol' screwdriver.

Sounds like a plan; brute force. I hope none of it falls in!

Who sells these lower seals or are they called "grommets"? It looks like I broke them all.

Are you talking the black quarter sized pieces like the one's circled in red here

or the seal above it 23291???? If it is 23291 you should get them with your injectors when you get them back from servicing or witch hunter can supply them.

Thumbs up

Thanks for that diagram. That clears things up a bit. Now I'll fix that other thread too...

INJECTOR INSULATOR 23291 [Part# 23291-41010]
SPACER [Part# 90561-10002]
O-RING [Part# 90301-23004]

Here's an online source for OEM parts.
