Has anyone ever replaced the front vent windows on a 93 truck to a full window without the vent? If so what changes do you need to make if any?

 

best bet would be to swap out the entire door for one with the window style you want

any Pickup from 89 to 95 will have the same body style, and you can swap doors with them. 4-door 4Runner doors will not work; the doors are a different size. 2-door 4Runner doors WILL work, but don't count on that as a source; they're far and few between, and chances are you wont locate one in a scrap yard

Is there any way of doing this without swapping out the whole door? Can I replace the trim around the window? Will the motor for the window I have work with a new window?

Yes you can do it. You need to change the guts and do not forget about the seals.
