They share a light blue-yellow stripe wire from the fuse "HAZ-HORN". Radio works?

Hi Paul22re. The radio works. I think the horn maybe the contact on the back of the steering wheel but I am certainly not sure about that. I just read about the contact last night.. If the radio works. i guess the blue yellow wire cant be it. Do you know where the flasher relay is located on my truck? I have read alot and cant seem to find it. Thank you for your help.

Not exactly sure on where it is in an '88. Either behind the kick panel on the drivers side or to the left of the steering column by taking the lower panel off. Just turn your directional on and listen to where it's clicking. In my 92, it is behind the lower cover to the left of the steering column. These diagrams I am posting are for an '87 and I am assuming it is the same as an '88...

I suggest you trace the wire from the hazard/horn fuse to the horn. You will find a splice there. . Don't just look, take voltage measurements to various points alonng the wire, while trying to sound the horn or turning the hazards on.. On my 1986 it's really close to the engine compartment fuse block.
I still strongly recommend you check the hazard-horn fuse AND the wiring from that to the splice.
See sticky for relay/fuse locations.
Wire to radio from hazard/horn fuse is to keep radio memory/preset. That may not take too much power to maintain memory. Therefore, IF there is poor connection from hazard-horn fuse to that splice, the radio may get enough voltage to keep memory alive, but the horn and the hazard which take more current may not work.

1988 Toyota Pickup SR5 4x4 2.4l 2 door regular cab. I still cant find the culprit for my flashers that don't work. Blinkers, radio, head lights (very dim), and everything else works. Is there a flasher assembly for my truck? Genuine Flasher Relay for my truck. I found this, but I am not sure where it goes. I have looked all over.

I risk sounding stupid again, but isn't it the exact same relay? I mean, there is no separate relay for "blinking one side" or "blinking both sides".
Because then you would need three?

Stop replacing parts.
There is only one flasher relay. Look at the circuit you were given above.
Check your wiring.

Just because the radio "works" doesn't mean there isn't a problem with the hazard-horn circuit. As stated above, the radio connection from the haz-horn circuit only powers up the backup memory. The radio gets its main power from elsewhere, so it will power up and operate normally when the key is on, regardless of the condition of the haz-horn circuit. The only thing you'll notice is that the presets get forgotten. Have you double checked that?
