Engine Fuse Box Missing Wire

I've done some work with my motor and am currently in the works of doing a sort of engine wire tuck. I don't quite recall but I'm wondering if this device that use to mount to the bottom of my intake manifold is what leads to the missing wire that the screwdriver is pointing too.

That's the cold mixture heater, it's not required. Just helps with starting/idling when the engine is cold.

Are you 100% sure there needs to be a wire in there??

Not all these plugs use all the pins.

What do you have that might not be working??

Just what year are you toying with??

Its a 86, 22r. Im pretty certain that half of the wire was pinned to there i just am not sure (even though in plugs into it) that that air mixture heater is the correct thing to be plugged into it.

And at this point im not sure what worms or doesnt.ive made this wiring part of the engine rebuild process so havent ran motor yet.
