not sure if it already has the decal on it, but this should be the part number on the cover: 82661-89110 COVER, RELAY BLOCK, NO.1 Manufacture notes: UPR,W/ALTERNATOR=12V 60A 1986.08-1989.03 RN5#, 6#, 7#, VZN6#

make sure your frame code matches that though as there are other part numbers for that cover and the rest of them are unavailable. I don't know if the decal is a part of that cover as I didn't see a decal number for that one.

I dunno if you ae looking for just a fuse box decal, or all original? I have had and idea to redo mine since it is nonexistent of a sticker. Go online or somewhere with a really good pic of one. Print it, take it to one of the sticker /decal shops in the mall or local... Give the picture and the cover n tell em to git e done. I would imagine it may be pricey, 20-30 bucks, but would look good. And you can have it tweaked to yer liking. Even to match a color or text or whatever. Just an idea, but I will be doing that... You could even go as far as getting some clearcoat spraypaint. And paint the cover after you put on the sticker so it Always looks good.

That's a good idea too, but if that cover has the sticker on it, again I am not sure on that, and if the cover is the right one for his truck, it's only like $15 plus your shipping. I need a new one too, but not because of the sticker, but because my cover is cracked. I got a bad habit of leaning on things in the engine bay, specifically that cover and the wiper motor. lol.
