Doug thorley header problem!!
I have installed the headers. Problem is the original crush nut used off the bottom of egr piping is not working with the crush sleeve that was supplied with the kit. It seems like the crush nut is not deep enough to grab threading off bottom of egr. The supplied crush nut works fine on the header threading. I'm stuck. The Crush sleeve doesn't even fit into the threading of egr or top of header. The copper piping fit together fine, I'm just having problems with the egr connection. I am also upset that dthorley cannot make a flex piping as well for the pair reed valve so that it can fasten to its original position. Can someone please help me with my problem

Figure out what size you do need and make it or find it else where. All kinds of neat things out there if you look around.
All sorts of industrial suppliers .
I would say the reason the proper pieces are not included is because it would raise the price so much these headers would not sell as well.
