I've seen that before...

When we cut the suspension off of subliminaltrips truck when he first got it, the shocks that were on it actually put a negative arch in the springs. When we cut them loose the rear axle dropped about 2 inches. It was the most amazing thing I had ever seen.

moderate block lifts arent that bad...they dont kill ride quality like having overarched lift springs do. Of course, both setups are utter crap compared to some nice long chev springs. My boss has about a 6 inch block lift in his 59 chevy apache and that is just scary...

I might have the correct coils already.....I'll check tonight. You will be surprised how well it will ride afterwards....especially if you get a longer set of BILSTEINS.

I checked and I have a set of 14 inchers rated 150 pounds/inch. Probably about right for the heavier rear of the Runner. Those coils will give a solid 3 inches of lift to make up for 3 inch blocks. Just let me know when you're ready and I'll charge my camera batteries....make ya famous
