I'm reaching out for help! I have a 95 4 runner auto 4wd. I had the transmission rebuilt and the issue I'm have is that when I drive it for a long period the trans oil temp light comes on and if I stop and put it in neutral and let it cool down. When I put it back in drive for some odd reason it automatically turns on the transfer case in low?.. Even though it's in 2w hi. The only way it goes back to normal is if it sets for hours and completely cools down. So I thought it was doing this due to it running hot so I added a extra trans cooler. The problem continues. I've checked the linkage, I've disabled the ADD system and when to manual hubs just for simplicity. I'm at a loss I've asked everyone I know that deals with Yotas and everyone has no clue. Please help....

Trans case oil is different bro. It separate from it transmission. Does your 4wd work.

 

Yes it works like new. Unless I drive for an hour and the trans gets hot then the issue starts. It's freaking crazy. I have no codes or nothing and when it cools does several hours later it's back to like nothing happened
