3vze starting issues

just began to have this problem 2 days ago, for some reason when when i stop the truck after using it and try to start it up it just cranks, there is spark, I hear the fuel pump running does any one know if the fuel pressure regulator might be the cause, it's kind of noisy,no codes im pulling my hair and need help fast the truck runs fine with "alot of power" no bogging no sputtering works great it's only when i have ran it and stoped it for a few minutes, also my fuel gauge is not stoped working 4 weeks ago changed the fuel meter inside the tank still no fuel reading also changed the fuel gauge from the cluster no luck can any one give their insight
1991 Toyota 4runner 2wd 3vze
[SIZE="3"]THINGS I'VE DONE:
Changed fuel filter
Changed spark plugs and spark plug cables
cold idle valve
New coil
o2 sensor
dizzy rotor and dizzy cap
Ps it starts with starting fluid bug bogs and wants to die I know it's something with the fuel just want to know if it's the FPR or some sort of sensor or relay that prevents the fuel from going into the injectors can it be the ecu? injectors?

Possible cat overheating and plugging. Drive it around bring it home. Shut it off and see if it will start. If it wont start take the o2 sensor out and try again.

Was it doing before you replaced o2 sensor?

If the cat is getting plugged when its hot, by taking the o2 sensor out before the cat the excessive back pressure will be released and would start

like I said there is not cat just straight pipe, ran fine before but for some reason it just starting doing this out of the blue, runs great has power it's only when i stop it after it's warmed up engine turns like it should, when i spray starting fluid it starts but it bogs an sputters i have to press the gas pedal repeatily for it not to stall on me after that stays iddling normal and runs fine

Bosch O2 sensors don't play well with Toyota engines. Replace with a DENSO.

When you say no codes, do you mean you've checked or there's no CEL?

ok so I replace the tps, adjusted right, still the same thing changed my dizzy thinking it was it but same result's i have no codes and no cel it's only when i stop it for a few minutes something like 15 or so, thats when i can't get the sucker running, it cranks and sounds like it want's to start but it bogs down to 400 -500 rpm then dies, if i press the gas pedal a lot of times it helps it feels like it's floded , and then after alot of pedal pumping it comes to normal rpm then it runs fine and idles fine. can it be an injector being stuck or can it be something else? im bald now from pulling my hair trying to figure this out need your help fellow yota members

PS: checked all the spark plugs to see if they were faul in gas but they were not just your normal brownish tan on all six

Hey Baldy, I might be wrong but i'm thinking a fuel delivery problem. If you have a FSM, I would start with checking fuel pressure. Post back

my fuel pressure stay at 46 lbs to 58 lbs checked four times and same result can it just be my fuel pressure regulator going bad it makes a loud ticking noise and when I disconnect the vac line it doesn't accelarate or decelarate can that be my problem

Sorry just had time to post up, and yes I figured what was wrong the hole time it was my fuel pump it had the lbs it should of but I never checked it after I ran it, turns out the fuel pump works great when it was hot but just in those fifteen minutes of the FP cooling down I was getting only 5 lbs of pressure damn pump who would of known, got one from ebay for $25.00 with free shipping and has been working great

So that did not show up on a fuel pressure gauge? A mechanic had mine hooked up to one for about 3 days and said the pressure stayed neutral before and after the crank.

no in those fifteen minutes of the truck sitting after a run or cruise the fuel pump did showed the pounds cause the truck started right away but if it sat for more than 15min it will not start i had to let it cool down completly for it to start up again it's weird never had or heard this problem before most of the time the fuel pump goes out or your truck hesitates or something mine never did this or had symptoms of being the fuel pump
