22rte breaking up in boost.

Hi, everyone

I was wonder if you guys could shed some light on the situation. I have a 22rte from a 86 with a t3/t4 hybrid running at 10 pounds, and I've been having problems with it breaking up while running positive boost. (similar to fuel cut)

I was at 100 drifts of December and during a run it blew the top banjo bolt out of the external wastegate and starting to break up at max psi.
I checked the plugs (they were fine), and checked the play on the turbo shaft, it was really bad, the turbo was going before hand, so i figure it finally crapped out causing the break up.
After bringing it home the plugs were fouled (running rich) I put a new t3/t4 on it and changed the fuel filter.

After the new fuel filter and turbo I got it to spool to max psi of 20 pounds, but after the initial run it would would started to break up in boost and not go above 10.

The next day I bypassed the boost controller and it ran to 7 pounds with no issue, but after the initial run it start to break up again.
I disconnected the external wastegate to eliminate a faulty diaphragm causing issues at maximum psi, the turbo would spool up to 7-10psi and break up without a wastegate.

What would be causing this?
I was thinking coil, the FSM says OHMS should read .5-.7 im getting a reading of full "5" with my analog ohmsmeter. im just grabbing straws at this point.
