Rebuilt 22re, hard to spin crank

Good afternoon everyone. First post in a LONG time! So I just got done rebuilding another 22re engine, I had the crank re ground and cylinders bored and honed. I just finished up the build and got the engine in my truck but still need to wire everything back up. I feel like the crank is harder to spin then it should be, I put my torque wrench on the crank and its taking anywhere from 60- 100ftlbs to spin the crank. Everything was properly torqued inside the engine and the correct size bearings were used ( I triple checked as I was assembling the engine) I've built quite a few of these engines and I don't ever remember any of them being this hard to spin. It's been real cold here lately and the hydraulic fluid in all my Jack's are clumping due to the cold. I'm wondering if the combination between the new pars and cold weather is causing the stiffness? I'm just worried if the starter can spin the crank or not when I try to start it tomorrow. Any input would be appreciated. Ps yes I did use assembly lube....

I predict that it will crank fine.
I'd remove the EFI fuse and crank it a bit before putting in the sparkplugs.
If the oil pan was still off, you might loosen each bearing cap, one at a time turn the engine, and try to find some anomaly.
Like a rolled oil ring in one hole, or the like.

Late to the party I know but it should not take that much to crank it over by hand. Maybe you got some mis-boxed bearings? Did you use plasti-gauge when checking things out? I had a similar thing happen when I was younger---engine lasted about 3 days before it disintegrated itself. I'd loosen 1 main bearing or rod bearing at a time and see if it loosens up. Maybe you got a cap on backwards? Just throwing things out there
