You won't have any problems running a K&N on any car, truck or van.

It's just an air filter that flows more air than a Fram.

All engines like more air.

they are great on carbed engines. Some people reported problems using them in a fuel injected application. (MAF's hate the oil.)

It's not supposed to be dripping oil either.

Heh. It's also about better gas mileage, easier breathing, and more horsepower and torque (not much but hey every little bit helps).

I've ran them on every car/truck I've owned and so have all my buddies. Total problems stemming from the air filter or the MAF for that matter. 0.

I got peace of mind.

I had one on my 3VZE and I switched back to OEM. I noticed no noticable difference betwixt the two. One thing I feel I should mention, if you're in the southwest where the dust is fine, those K&N Air filters are gonna let some of that dust slip right by.

I do OEM too, no diff in power. Although I've not tried it on a 22R.

Heh, how did you figure out that the dust was "slipping by"?

You can tell by looking @ the throttle body+hoses, there will be some residue you can take off w/ yer finger, and it was'nt carbon.
