Icelandic Hilux

IceLux

Hello everyone I just want to start by posting pictures of my Hilux.

It has 38" Trxus tires , 4:10 ratio , Landcruiser axles , Detroit locker front and rear , 220V inverter , 350 hp 340ci Chrysler engine , 4" Exhaust and lots of more stuff .. I am rebuilding this car and try to do something every day

I will post more info later and more pictures ( before and after pix )

More pix

Hehehe thanks This car is located in Iceland and so am I.
These tires are 15,5" wide on 14" wide wheels.
I am going to put it on 44" tires that are 18,5" wide on 18" wide wheels.

The ratio has to be atleast 4:10 cuz the pinions are too weak in 4:88 or lower

Here is a pic of the engine - Full chrome set with almost everything on it's way from www.motorchrome.com as we speak

Just installed a chrome 100A Alternator a few days ago

PS: It would be great if someone could tell me how to post a picture here that is not just a attachment

Nice truck, I love the pic of you pulling out the jeep. If you go to photobucket.com you can open a free account and upload your pictures there. Once done, you can resize/ get codes to post different types of images right on the thread.
So you are going to go to 44s? I can't wait to see it.

Hmm here are more pix of the car

Thanks for the info on how to add pix.
The fender thingys are bought for 44" tires, the car is modded so they can fit.

The reason for that is that the law here in Iceland say that the tires can not be wider than the car. ( they can not stick out )
