My 1975 Hilux

Well, I guess now you can say I have a Toyota problem - there are 5 of them in my driveway now Time to find a Toyotaholics Anonymous group!

Last night I bought a 1975 Hilux.

PO put a lot of work into her over the last 2yrs. I think I got a pretty good deal considering what he spent in parts vs the $3k I gave him.

Here it is:

I'd rock that! I wouldn't mind snagging a Pre-79 hilux and slamming it to compliment my 83

I love the 4 headlight models. It would be fun to find a cab and put it on my truck. Especially since I dropped a tree on mine. :-(

Thanks guys, I've always love the 4-headlight Hilux. Two old dudes my parents knew owned matching yellow and orange Hilux from the 60's (I've never seen one of these for sale) and I always wanted one since then. Heck, I even considered swapping the headlights over to my 93 pickup when I saw a random pic of a truck that someone swapped a BMW grille/headlights onto.

I looked at the old Hilux on CL for a while, kinda jumped on this one since it's a 1975 - the no-smog requirement is very appealing

That is a clean looking truck. You don't see many of them at all. Being pre smog I am sure that will make life a little easier.
