blinkers dont work

So I picked up an 84 toy pickup. It has the 22r the truck sat for a long time.. I got it running and the blinkers wherw kinda weird. The right one woukd work half the time. Then it started workin all the time. Then they both died..? I checked the fuses and I replaced the flasher(green box on kick panel in fuse box.). Is there any more fuses relays or flashers??? I'm lost

You are obviously low on blinker fluid.

Bulbs might just be old. Easily replaced.

The switch on the steering column that turns the blinkers on and off.
