Did some wiring today. Making it so you can remove the bumper without taking the trailer plug apart or cutting the harness as I see a lot of. Cut the 4 flat connector off to get the wires into the 6 pin socket

Very cool. looking forward to progress pics.

I would be worried about that bottom lip "scooping" or catching if you drag the bumper off anything.

Yeah, when I first got the steel from them folding it I thought the bend was a little bit too shallow, but the bottom of the bumper is 24'' from the ground and I am not going to do any type of serious wheeling with this truck. This truck is going to be a daily driver for me and a winter truck. In the sketch I gave them to have it folded I had put down to do about a 20 degree bend. I should have gone for a 45 or 60. I don't like 90 degrees on the bottom as it acts like a lip and mud and crap stays there unless you're always hitting it with a hose

Thanks...got it installed this morning. Flash sure does expose the light areas that did not get enough paint. Had to move the License plate up

Thank you, I'm liking it the more I look at it. With the back brace I don't think I'll have any issues. Some times when you go to rent something and have to tow it away they shine away from the deal because its "home made". They think it's better quality if it is made in china by 12 year olds
