The little beast project

Heres what im starting with, a 1978 toyota hilux short bed with a hopped up 20r, newish engine (sat for 17 years in garage never fired) back by a newer celica 5speed and a bunch of other trick goodies, chromed rear end, rear sway bar, roll bar, not to mention the 4 inch chopped top. Was a show truck for a period of time until my dad bought it and drove the crap out of it until the engine blew due to cooling issues.

<a href="http://s243.photobucket.com/albums/ff188/wcsnoman/?action=view&current=theyellowbeast004.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i243.photobucket.com/albums/ff188/wcsnoman/theyellowbeast004.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

My plans are to take her down to bare metal, straighten the body. God only knows how much bondo was in there, and bring her back to her former glory with a few modern updates.

Fixed it for you.

Edit: BBP- I knew I shouldn't have wasted my time on that. Figures you'd beat me to it by 2 min.

From: Yotatech, because Pirate is too expensive. NorCal.
Look on yotascene.com for a while. There is a truck like this with a chop. It is primer gray and that back window is like 3 or 4 inches tall. I like! And dont you dare get rid of that cab. If you do send it to me.
