87 runner 22re over heating

i have an 87 4runner that is overheating. i have replaced the water pump thermastst and radator and it is still over heating. it has lost no power and the oil is fine so i dont think that it is the head but iam not sure. if anyone has any feed back about this i would like your input. thanks

What conditions cause it to overheat? Hot or cold weather, high or low driving speed, high or low engine load, etc.?

Have you checked the fan clutch?

4crawler is right, we need conditions for a better diagnosis.....

my truck had the same problem, replaced the radiator and still had the same problem. I forgot to turn the heater on while filling the radiator. all is good now, Ya, pretty stupid.

when filling the radiator did you turn the heater inside on?
