Should use shackles instead, cost you less than hi steer and a lot less work too.

Remove lift blocks, add longer shackles. Will keep the extra lift you wanted without dropping the axle relative to the leaf springs which is causing your current steering issue.

Of course the amount of lift you can get that way is limited, but its cheap and easy.

Check online vendors, pretty sure you can get shackles in just about every length.

I've found the dimensions to be similar:

This page shows they are a little different:

I prefer the '83 and older rear springs as they have more leaves and free arch. Only other minor difference is the ID of the front spring eye and hanger bolt. The '83- use 30mm/18mm and the '84+ use 40mm/14mm (with a sleeve). So you would need to deal with that issue or make a hybrid pack with the '83- rear main leaf and the rest of the '84+ leaves.

Precisely what I Was describing with too thick a front leaf and stock steering, BTDT. Crossover steering is the fix if you need that thick a leaf pack. ANopther option if it is u-bolt clearance issue is to get the OME front u-bolts. They make a set with the side of the u-bolts flattened for a bit more clearance and maybe get their heavy duty front springs:
