Talking 32/36 weber installed!

short and sweet,it took 4 hours,no problems besides putting a stiffer return spring in. truck runs like a new truck(81 4x4l/b 232k) good for many more miles. no driveability problems whatsoever. at least for now. best 300 bucks i've spent on my truck in a while.

Those Webers are sweet...had a K&N filter on top. Put one in my old CJ7 and between that, msd ignition and coil it ran beautifully til the day I sold it.

got the carb from kybwharehouse in wash state. they sell the genuine webers on ebay, not the imitation solexes. 289 shipped. since i live in cali,i bought a stock aircleaner adapter plate from them also so basically it looks stock from a visual look. runs cleaner than the old stocker. pm me if you need more info

weber install

did you use your factory fuel pump and regulate it, or did you use an electric pump, or did you just use the stock pump and not regulate it? i am getting ready to purchase the 34/34 and it recommends that the psi be between 2.5-3.5. Do you know what he stock psi is? thanks for any help you can provide.

I am installing mine tomorrow and I have read that you can just use the stock pump with no regulator. Napa also sells a 3.5 electric pump.
