Awesome pics, the scenery reminds me of Greenwater where I go.
Same Cascade range, just North of you a 180 miles or so.

We went up to the Radio towers... I think that's hilockburn rd, but I'm not sure. I've only been up there a couple times. How do you get to the upper lake?

I think we need to have a Portland snow run if it ever cools down and we get some more of the white stuff!

Count mE in... I should have the AAL's on the Runner by then so my ass end isn't dragging around... I've been perusing Gitout, and it looks like there's talk of running the Trask River trails here ion a few weeks... anyone ever been out to these trails, I've been to Browns Rodgers and Lee, but I've only fished on the Trask... I'm wondering if I'm even capable of running them without having to flog the piss out of the Runner (read: open diffs, 31" at's).

Sounds fun!! And Yes... Bring your truck out!!! There are generally by-passes for hard stuff or tow strap. It's all about having fun out on the trails. Look forward to meeting you.

These are another guys directions:

- Take 211 out of Mollalla to Colton..
- At the top of the hill in Colton (binking yellow light) take a right, this is Wall St.
- Go to the end of Wall St and turn Left on Green Mt Rd..
- Go to the end and take a Right on Grays Hill Rd.
- Grays Hills Rd will become a dead end and you will have to turn right on Hunter Rd..
- Just Follow Hunter and you will be on the goat..

There is plenty of exploring to do in that area...
