I may be able to help you out on the regear. I have looked into the e-locker and you will have to order the install kit for regearing (which is $200 through Marlin If he hasnt gone up in price) and the gears will cost around the same.
I have a friend that has set up many rear ewnds and he said he would charge $300 to do one. I will see him tonight and can ask him for sure if he will do it.

"master install kit" provides new bearings, gaskets, and gear marking compound for setting the contact pattern. I think it should also come with the different shims to set the location of the pinion. the bearings comprise most of the cost. I'm going to try to setup my own gears this next time. I did a drop in locker (lock-right) install with no problems and the inner workings of the diff arent that complicated. Getting the pinion/ring gear contact pattern is the hardest step.

they are in Bogart, GA according to the website. I've never personally bought from them yet, but thats where i plan on making my gear/install kit purchase. They are a regular vendor on Pirate4x4 and have always gotten good reviews that i've seen. Good prices too, call them and the pricing is usually better than advertised on the net. Mention Pirate4x4 too.

Just remember the pinion and ring gear have to be a matched set, you can't mix and match them.

Matt, (Custom Cruiser) won't let me have the keys to the shed if I sell the third. He says he is gonna regear it and remove the spooled 3rd from his 2nd gen. Sorry guys, but if he keeps bull ÅÅÅÅting than it will go up for sale in a month.
