The belt turning an un-activated compressor clutch takes no power you could measure. Just don't turn on the air conditioner when you want "performance."
I don't have the exact figures, but my guess is that the air conditioner compressor, when running, takes about 1-2 horsepower. But if you want that badly enough, just don't push the button.

A/C performance kit. It's a rewiring kit so your A/C is always on; it comes with a replacement button that says "performance" that works the opposite of your stock ac button. It turns the ac off when you push it and boosts your power by the previously calculated 1-2 horsepower.
