Well since you removed the radio, take the dash back apart and make sure you didn't leave anything unplugged. Thats where I would start. Hopefully you didn't break any wiring back there.

You could pick up a Haynes manual at any auto parts store, or search for an FSM online. It involves a little bit more than just removing the caliper and rotor....just depends on how mechanically...

12.5 volts is pretty low. Without the truck running, my batteries have always read up around 13.5 to 14 volts. Just take it to autozone and have them test the battery. Clean up the battery posts too...

Go with the 1.2...you won't be disappointed. I was stuck in the same position as you, and I'm glad I bought the 1.2 It sits high at first, but will settle after a month or so.

You should've just went with a Sonoran Steel kit, like the 1.2. You would've got everything you needed including bilstiens and probably saved a bit of money.

Well I finally managed to replace both all upper and lower ball joints, along with both outer tie rod ends. The lowers and tie rods were a piece of cake.....but man those upper ball joints...
