Locker from 6cyl third to 4 cyl?

Is there any problems moving a locker from a 6cyl third to a 4 cyl?

I have heard of some conversion bearings going from a 4cyl to a 6cyl. Maybe there are conversion bearing for the opposite.

No go i called up the guy building my third member and said the carriers use 2 completly different systems.

Here it is. I guess it was a 6cly to a 4cyl.

Although it is a spool, maybe the same thing would work.
I think the guy that did that install is on this forum.

Ah so! I ordered a new locker anyways... Cant run a spool in the front.

By the way in the wanted section you posted that you need a 4.56 third. Do you still need it? Cause I will hve one with no use for it in about a week.

Nope not anymore but thanks. Two 4.88 diffs both locked up are on the way
