Wait so you jumpered Fp and +B with ign on and _nothing_ happened? You didn't hear the fuel pump or fuel pumping through the regulator? Should be very obvious from standing on that side of the engine bay.
If you don't see ~12v on +B then you have blown your EFI fuse. ASK ME HOW I KNOW heheheh.
Check your fuses.

Have been reading and testing stil stumped
I have a 90 pickup with v6 auto one day just dies at stop sign. replace fuel pump and coil still no spark then start with volt ohm meter. Have no CEL at all. I don't think I have power at ecu. Shows 1 volt at B+ with key on . EFI fuse is ok no power at fuse with key on. vaf, dist,coil,relay cor all test ok I saw in one thread reset ecu by pulling a fuse ???? Anyone have an idea of what to do next? I miss my little truck but i am not going to continue throwing parts on.
