1994 3.0 4x4 4runner with bad fuel leak where rubber meets metal fuel line
I have a 94 4runner with 185k miles on it that until now has been doing great.
I drove up to the mountains last night and started to notice a bit of a fuel smell in the cab. this morning it became nearly unbearable within the 15 minute drive to the resort.
we located the leak in the fuel line and its dripping pretty badly, about 1 drop per second after running the truck.
the leak looks to be in the fitting where the rubber tubing has met with the metal fuel rail. fuel is dripping right out the bottom and down the line
it looks to be part #23811B
here are some photo's

looks like part number is #23801-65040
i'm picking up the part tomorrow, i'm just hoping i can replace without removing the entire plenum
my truck is actually up in the mountains, i am hoping i can jb weld the leak to get the 60 miles to the auto shop.
i dont know what pressure that line is running at but its coming out in a drip and not spraying out.

23811B is the "PNC#". No, I don't know what that stands for.
It translates to part number 23801-65023 http://www.toyotapartsoverstock.com/...rimLevel=18292
Note that this part ends in a "banjo" that connects to the Fuel Pressure Damper. When you replace it, you MUST use new crush washers 90430-18028. Yeah, someone will tell you that you can re-use them, but Toyota says you can't, they're cheaper than dirt, and you're dealing with pressurized gasoline. Don't be cheap-stupid.
While you're at it, examine your Damper for leaks. Happened to me and to others. The screw in the cap is to confirm pressure (it pushes out when the rail is pressurized); don't try to tighten it, and tightening it will do nothing if it is leaking.

Be sure to use your VIN number when searching for a part. Especially at the dealer. And don't ever rely on some stranger on the internet.
You won't be able to replace it without removing the plenum; you can't fit a wrench in there. (Come to think of it, I had to remove the PIPE SUB-ASSY, FUEL, NO.2, which means you'll need four more crush washers (different size)).
