I had the intermittant "Brake" light issue as well. The one where the brake light came on very dim once in a while. The cruise control wouldn't work when the brake light was on. After consulting Yotatech, I first inspected the brake fluid float. Finding no problem, I moved to the electronics in the brake fluid reservoir cap. Sure enough, a small bit of fluid got up in there causing the brake warning light to light-up dimly. Using the writeup found on here, I fixed the problem myself without any $$ investment. It took about an hour.
