Thanks to Yotatech (and other forums) I've looked through hundreds of pictures of 2nd gen rigs to see where rust starts to form. I bought some touchup paint, undercoating, wax and clear acrylic spray paint to work on the areas prone to rust. This Runner will last another 20 years regardless of the climate. I've taken most of it apart and either greased it or coated it with undercoating, and put it back together. I had a bit of surface rust forming underneath the Runner, mostly on the tow bar and in the front around the skid plate. A small soft wire/brass brush and a can of rubberized undercoating fixed that!
