3.0 air intake hose

looking for a good, used air intake hose for my '91 4Runner- mine has a pretty good tear in it near the PCV valve neck. On a budget, but willing to pay reasonable price as I need it badly. Thanks

I will have an excellent condition one soon as I am replacing it for the ISR mod.

Please PM me if interested.

Pics of the part I need (Air Intake)

Here is a pic of a complete air hose assembly-- I'm mainly interested in getting the section of hose on the left side of pic with the smaller hose coming off of it

Lamm, Are you buying one? Or building your own ISR mod?

Thank you,

Chris

Does the K&N unit take the place of all that intake plastic? How do you feel about the k&n?

Thanks in advance

Yes, from the MAF all the way to the throttle body.

The tube is from a FIPK kit I used to have. The FIPK is not the best, but the ISR tube that comes with it is great. I also use a K&N drop in filter and will have a snorkel sometime soon.

It is one of the better ISR tubes because it has no unions or hose clamps (1 piece of plastic, molded) and is not a make-shift job.

Lamm, What is a snorles? I have not heard of that yet. I currently use a cheap ebay cone filter with adapter, was able to get rid of some of my intake but would like to replace from the AFM back to the throttle body. My truck seems a little more peppy and sounds pretty cool. I have a 93 runner with the 3.0.

LOL, a snorel is a typo when I type snorkel and don't pay attention.

The air intake and exhaust are 2 areas that can be improved on 3.0 for sure.

I have the K&N cone filter (but not the adapter to the AFM, I forgot it in my old truck that burned when they towed it away

If you can get it to work, I will sell it to you.

LOL, that was really funny. I thought you had something new for the 3.0 that nobody else had! I will have to pass on the K&N filter - I have a few spares laying aound the garage if I need one. I need to build myself an ISR mod
