Who will build me a 3rd Gen Rear Bumper?

Who will build me a 3rd Gen Rear Bumper?
I am looking for a Rear Bumper for my 3rd Ger 4Runner. It must have a built in 2" hitch for towing. An a modular tire carrier attachment (I will carry my spare under for daily driving and slide on the carrier for offroad use)
