*HELP* 3.0 Throttle Body not fitting

After building the motor I ran into this problem tonight. When I was putting the throttle body on it wasn't lining up. Its up by at least 1/4" and hitting the fuel rail. Did I put the spacers in wrong? Do they go in order of spacer, fuel rail, spacer, then nut? I thought I took them off by 2 spacers, fuel rail, then nut. Theres a spot that sticks out on the bottom of the throttle body that hits the fuel rail. Are the injectors seated all the way? I didn't think they looked right. If you can judge by the pics then by all means...give me some insight because I am at my wits end with this motor!

That back nut isn't tight either on the fuel rail in case anyone spots that. It was tight when I was fitting the throttle body though.

Unfortunately, no. So I'm assuming the plenum is coming off to fix the passenger side now?

I was wondering why odd things like the cold start injector wasn't lining up well.

I took my time...tonight was supposed to be fire up date after 3 months of downtime...now I have a coolant leak in the front of the motor under the timing cover. Thinking it may be the center idler but I put FIPG on it. Time to take it back apart tomorrow.

check the lower radiator hose as well - i broke that hose clamp and limped to a hardware store for a new hose clamp....when I got there forwatever reason my truck dumped about 1/8 gallon on the ground then stopped....

I poked my head under and the only thing that was even damp was the lower hose....ooooook LOL

Replaced the hose clamp, refilled, and all has been peachy since.

I saw the little river coming from left and above the t-stat housing. I'm thinking its the center idler.
